Welcome to the new rental microsite for Thales staff to book with our preferred car rental supplier Avis.To complete a rental booking you will need the information below:
A valid Amex or credit card or Avis Preferred card with a valid Amex or credit card linked to it.
To avoid any unnecessary costs, we ask that you check your rental vehicle for damage against that which appears on the Vehicle Condition Report (VCR).
If booking a delivery or collection please ensure you (or a nominated person) are present at both delivery and collection of the vehicle as per Thales policy.
If taking your rental car overseas from the UK you'll need to inform the Avis rental station who will prepare the documents for you. You will also be charged for Continental Cover (listed as Breakdown Cover/Get Home Package) this is not an optional insurance.
Note : Collection times cannot been guaranteed for a specific time frame due to resource constraints. If this is an issue for a home collection then please request a collection arranged for a Thales office site.
